Yeah, I made that exact face when I heard the phrase for the first time. Literally it translates to ‘seize the day’ and is so relevant all the more at this point in time. I guess everyone everywhere always wanted to tell us to be present but the messge fell on deaf ears. This pandemic is practically teaching us to live this way.
