I want to work at a place where rules are same for people sitting inside and outside the cabin. Designation doesn’t decide who works and who doesn’t. Awards and Applause are based on hard work and not based on favorites. Appreciation is a practise and not something we seek around the year. Respect is something that is commanded and not demanded. Where working is fun and you fall in love with the work you do and not just do it out of obligation.
